The merlin 2500L Garage Door opener Came Out with 4 different circuit boards to control the motor and different Remote controls which can be one of 3 frequencies depending on which board was in it,

If you do not have a current remote please follow the steps below

1-looking from the outside of the garage in remove the screw in the front right side motor cover

2- take a clear photo of the 8 or 12 little switches on the block numbered 1 t 8 or 1 to 12

3 send email a photo so we can advise the correct remote

If You Do Have a current remote please email us a photo of that.
